Emergency contacts and out of hours

Please read this information and make note of the contact details provided in case of an emergency if the property occurs whilst the office is closed.

If you have any maintenance issues between Monday to Friday 9am and 6pm then please contact our office on: 01923 857 511 or contact John McGowan.
 Please ensure you leave a voicemail if the call cannot be taken and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

If your maintenance issue or emergency is outside of these hours, providing the matter is a genuine emergency or cannot wait until the next working day please contact our emergency line: 07770 680 740 and arrangements will be made. Only use this number is an absolute emergency. Otherwise please contact the office between the hours of 9am and 6pm.

During the Christmas, Easter and Bank Holiday periods, the office will be closed. The emergency line will be available during this time for strictly emergencies only.

Please contact the relevant services if you experience the following:

If you smell gas immediately call National Grid on 0800 111 999 before informing us to instruct a Gas contractor.

In the event of a power cut call UK Power Networks 0800 783 8838 (or 0333 202 2021 from a mobile phone).

For concerns over a water leak on the mains water please contact Affinity Water initially on 0845 888 5888 – alternatively if there is a moderate to severe leak from a flat above and you are unable to gain access, or nobody is home please contact the fire brigade as this could cause a potentially dangerous situation i.e. water through electrics.

If your property is broken into - Firstly, report the incident to the police and be sure to obtain a crime reference number. Secondly, contact your Property Manager on 01923 857 511, if there is any damage to windows or external doors so that we can arrange for a contractor to secure the property. It is important that the police are informed, and a Crime Reference number obtained otherwise this may prevent you or your landlord from making an insurance claim.

If you are locked out/forgotten keys - we can recommended our Locksmith, however you will be liable for their charges and new keys.
